The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will join a recognised multidisciplinary law firm with a strong reputation across corporate, commercial, property, employment and specialist sectors. Responsibilities

Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters; Managing and developing an existing client base; Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities; Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives; Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas; Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology; Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy; Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work

Requirements

8+ years’ PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law; Strong experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters; Existing client following or proven ability to develop relationships; Excellent client management and business development skills; Commercial approach with strong judgement and decision-making ability; Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership; Strong communication and leadership skills; Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm
