The firm is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its established corporate practice based in Surrey. Responsibilities

Advise on broad range of corporate matters including mid-market M&A (buy and sell side); private equity and venture capital transactions; corporate reorganisations and restructurings; joint ventures; shareholders' agreements; general corporate advisory work; work closely with market-leading partners on transactions for diverse client base including large corporates, PE-backed businesses, and high-growth companies

Requirements

Ambitious; technically strong; 2-4 years' PQE; PQE gained at a recognised City, national, or leading regional firm; strong technical ability; excellent drafting and communication skills; commercial, solutions-focused approach
