Corporate Finance Specialist

Our client is a diversified global investment manager specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate. With a focus on alternative assets, it seeks to identify unique opportunities across various industries.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain internal projection models to estimate earnings and manage the liquidity and leverage capital needs; Build liquidity and risk management models from balance sheets that incorporates fund liquidity sources; Prepare stress testing for investor redemptions, changes in market conditions, and compliance; Prepare financial summaries, liquidity reports, and ROE analysis; Support the execution of financing transactions including rating agency processes, revolver amendment activities, and unsecured bond offerings; Manage credit facilities including monitoring of borrowing base and covenant compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry; Experience working in a BDC; Experience with projection and liquidity modeling; Ability to construct and analyze comprehensive three-statement financial projection models; Working knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and its application to BDCs
