Our client, a globally recognised litigation firm, is seeking a talented mid to senior-level Associate to join its Corporate Governance litigation practice in Delaware – a team at the forefront of driving meaningful change in the public markets. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the most significant securities fraud and corporate governance cases in history, on behalf of the world’s leading institutional investors. In this role, you’ll represent investors and help achieve real governance reforms at public companies.

Responsibilities

Represent investors and help achieve real governance reforms at public companies; Work on significant securities fraud and corporate governance cases; Contribute to increasing market transparency, holding wrongdoers accountable, and protecting the shareholder franchise

Requirements

Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years); PQE: 1-3 years, 4-6 years, 7+ years; Talented mid to senior-level Associate
