Cruise Sales Executive

Are you currently in a sales role and looking to break into the travel industry? This is the perfect opportunity to work for a cruise company as a Cruise Sales Executive with the main focus on reconnecting with customers via outbound calls and emails. This role is Monday to Friday and based in the office and comes with a salary of £26,100 and OTE up to around £60k.

Responsibilities

Outbound cold & warm calling to reengage inactive customers; Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions; Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why; Update CRM records accurately; Build friendly, professional rapport; Meet and exceed retention targets

Requirements

Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required); Strong objection handling and questioning skills; Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated; Excellent communication and attention to detail; Confident using CRM and dialling systems
