Responsibilities

Specializes in the performance of computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients; May perform general diagnostic radiology examinations; Performs related duties as required

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required; Must maintain the required hours of continued education; Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS) required, BLS Provider obtained within one (1) month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted; Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date; Must be registered in Computed Tomography within 12 months of date of hire; One or more of the following: Nuclear Medicine Technology credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
