Precision Cabinets is seeking a full-time Custom Cabinet Builder to join our Production team. This role is responsible for building high-quality custom cabinetry according to engineering drawings, production specifications, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Building high-quality custom cabinetry according to engineering drawings, production specifications, and company quality standards; Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics and proficiency at reading Cabnetware and Cabinet Vision drawings; Create accurate cut lists using woodworking knowledge and precision measuring techniques; Cut, assemble and finish components to produce high-quality custom cabinetry; Crosstrain and provide support to other departments, as needed; Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols

Requirements

5+ years of cabinet assembly experience required; Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings; Proficiency at reading Cabnetware and Cabinet Vision drawings; Skilled in precision measurement and the operation of hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery; Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and team-lift/carry 100+ pounds; Communicate clearly in English to perform job-related tasks, including following safety instructions, reading work orders, documenting work, and collaborating with team members; This position involves the use of safety equipment, including respirators or protective masks, and facial hair may need to be trimmed or maintained within required guidelines; Highly dependable, with the ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays; Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Strong teamwork and communication skills; Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment; Willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Nice to have

Experience in custom cabinet production preferred (e.g. kitchen hoods and island cabinets)
