Customer Return Representative - FT

We're hiring immediately! Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note? If you're friendly, dependable, and take pride in providing great service, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations. In this role, you'll be a key part of the return process—helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.

Responsibilities

Assist customers as they return their rental vehicles; Greet customers; Secure keys; Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition; Check cars into the computer system; Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately; Deliver professional, friendly customer service

Requirements

Valid Driver's License; Basic computer skills (typing, data entry); Effective verbal communication skills; Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service; Willingness to work outdoors; Flexibility to work all shifts; Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles; Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States; This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice to have

6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus
