Responsibilities

Assist clients with selecting and booking hotel accommodations; Provide accurate information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and availability; Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner; Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings; Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client experience; Stay informed on travel trends and hotel offerings; Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
