Responsibilities

Support customers through live chat and inbound calls with warmth and care; Solve everyday tech issues, such as login errors and device compatibility; Guide customers through account and billing questions; Keep clear, accurate records of every interaction; Stay up to date on product updates and policies so you always give the right answer

Requirements

Fluent spoken Cantonese, written Traditional Chinese, and spoken and written English; Ideally 1 to 2 years in customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT); A positive, patient, problem-solving attitude
