Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; Provide accurate information about products and services to customers; Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently; Maintain and update customer accounts and records with relevant data; Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns; Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proven experience in a customer service role or related field; Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities; Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
