Customer Services & Operations Representative (Casual)

In this role you will cover both front and back of house, this means you be required to inspect cars for damages, refuel and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles both interior and exterior to ensure our customers get the best experience. You will also work from our customer counter where you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence; Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service; Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information; Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards; Availability to work scheduled shifts during operating hours from 0800 to 2030, 7 days a week, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
