Responsibilities

Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in real-time to minimize potential threats; Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and provide detailed reports on findings; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement effective incident response strategies; Develop and maintain incident response procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date with emerging threats; Perform root cause analysis of incidents and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences; Maintain awareness of the latest cybersecurity trends and threat intelligence to enhance response capabilities; Provide expert guidance on security best practices and incident prevention techniques

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in an appropriate domain; Understanding of the external threat landscape and adversary tactics & techniques; Developing knowledge of incident management techniques throughout the incident lifecycle: assessment, containment, restoration, documentation, evidence preservation, and forensics; Developing knowledge of malware detection and analysis; Developing knowledge of information security best practices and technology risk management disciplines and technologies; Developing knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and laws; Developing knowledge and understanding of diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies; Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources; Ability to deliver swift response and action-oriented skills; Analytical mindset, focused on results with critical thinking, research and problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Ability to implement and communicate actionable insights to streamline processes/transactions; Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
