Rho is the modern banking platform built for the AI era. Startups and growth-stage companies can open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books in one connected platform backed by real human support. Rho's data has two types of consumers: people and AI agents. As the data analyst, you will empower both with reliable data and meaningful insights. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that involves everything from data pipelining to delivering recommendations. You will model new data for Rho's latest features and product lines, build the semantic layer that defines how Rho measures itself, and turn analyses into decisions with stakeholders across the business. The role is cross-functional, interfaces with data engineering and business stakeholders from GTM, Product, and other departments, is based in the New York office, and reports to the Manager, Product Analytics.
