Data Implementation Engineer

accesso Intelligence is the intelligence layer for the business of fun — serving iconic visitor attractions around the world. We're looking for a Data Implementation Engineer to own the technical delivery of accesso Intelligence integrations, then executing that pattern reliably and at volume across our customer base.

Responsibilities

Establish the integration patterns with the data engineering team, including data model, transformation logic, semantic mapping and quality thresholds; scale and maintain integrations across customers by onboarding new customers, configuring per venue, validating data integrity against acceptance criteria, and owning ongoing health (change requests, configuration updates, diagnosis); build derived datasets, transformations and semantic mapping that turn source data into analytics-ready inputs; close the feedback loop into accesso by sharing integration reality with product and engineering teams; work directly with customers on data through onboarding and beyond, handling data queries, managing expectations on timelines and data quality, and translating between customer environments and platform needs

Requirements

Fluent in Python and SQL; comfortable with data platforms and transformation tools; experience building and maintaining integrations with APIs and third-party systems; able to build a working mental model of how operators actually run, including business rules, revenue arrangements, data quirks and organisational structure; pattern-minded; able to find the repeatable approach, document it, and execute at volume without letting consistency become rigidity; customer-oriented without losing technical edge; able to translate customer needs into integration requirements and communicate clearly; cares about data quality; holds the line on acceptance criteria, integrity checks and derived logic
