We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fulton location (102 W 6th St). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner; Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools; Provide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism; Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy; Maintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations; Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly; Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices; Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transport; Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues; Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations; Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the organization

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills; Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning technology; Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle deliveries; Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules; Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members; Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction; Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience; Preferred: Familiarity with the local Fulton area
