We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Imperial, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every package reaches our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers throughout the Imperial area; Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumption; Load, unload, and transport packages with care, maintaining accurate inventory records; Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns; Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions; Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly; Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices; Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or obstacles; Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary; Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old, 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older; Access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery purposes; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety standards; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Strong organizational and time management abilities; Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly; Physical stamina and capability to work in various weather conditions; Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate and complete deliveries; Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar routes independently; Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor; Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed; Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
