We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Arnold, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that packages and products reach our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers throughout assigned routes; Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency; Load, unload, and handle packages with care, following proper safety protocols; Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations; Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy; Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition; Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle; Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes to delivery schedules; Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior; Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history; Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Must pass a criminal background check; Strong time management and organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely; Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic; Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction; Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and route assignments; Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems (preferred)
