Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories; Navigate efficiently using GPS technology and route planning to optimize delivery schedules and minimize travel time; Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a friendly demeanor; Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records and documentation; Inspect vehicle condition daily, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly; Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition; Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times; Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback; Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant operations; Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology; Physical capability to lift, carry, and load packages safely; Reliable transportation and consistent attendance; Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-focused mindset; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices; Willingness to pass a criminal background check
