We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Edwardsville location (120 E Vandalia St). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Edwardsville area; Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers; Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stop; Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations; Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues promptly; Navigate using GPS and mapping systems while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions and road safety; Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately; Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any customer concerns; Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior; Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology; Reliable transportation and consistent attendance; Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic; Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly; Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery; Willingness to pass a criminal background check
