Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our 3551 Lexington Ave N location in Arden Hills, United States! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to our valued customers.

- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations
- Navigate efficiently through Arden Hills and surrounding areas using maps and GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery hours, including:
- Stocking ingredients and supplies
- Preparing products
- Receiving and processing telephone orders
- Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
- Cleaning equipment and facilities
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and delivery environments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all company policies, food safety regulations, and traffic laws

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the Arden Hills area; Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; Proficiency in basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling; Ability to operate necessary equipment, including smartphones for navigation apps; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Computer literacy for order entry using keyboard or touch screen systems; Physical ability to carry out delivery tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs; Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules; Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor; Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure; Team player attitude with a willingness to assist with in-store duties as needed; High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); Previous experience in food delivery or customer service (preferred but not required)
