Delivery Specialist - Hub

Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and DC in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and DC in a safe and efficient manner; Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center; Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, deliver to appropriate store; Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries; Ensure designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest; Project professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations; Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager; Drive safely and defensively.

Requirements

Must have legal required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements; Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences; Good interpersonal communication skills; Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations; Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.

Nice to have

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
