Deputy Construction Superintendent

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Deputy Construction Superintendent to join our team.

Responsibilities

Manage construction schedules, risks and opportunities across the various development efforts; Use technical knowledge to read and interpret Construction drawings, Specifications, and shop drawings; Communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment; Candidates will be working in explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments.

Requirements

Have progressively responsible, general construction experience; Two plus years in a supervisory or foreman of construction role; Have knowledge of commercial, industrial and civil construction methods; Be familiar with OSHA safety regulations and safe construction practices; Have administrative construction knowledge such as daily situation reports, daily construction reports, safety documentation, project scheduling and progress documentation; Have knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams); Have strong communication and problem-solving skills; U.S. Person required; To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
