Design Engineer, Mobile Control valve & HMI– DC-MH project

Skills and Job Description: Hydraulics domain knowledge is must; Design and development of hydraulic products – Mobile control valves and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications; Good understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applications; Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications; Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation; Problem solving methods and solutioning; Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products; Design of Spools for Control valves; GD&T, tolerance Stack up; Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Added advantage: Knowledge of injection molding parts and connector selection; Tools required: Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCAD; Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)

Requirements
