DevOps Engineer

Minitab is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to play a key role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines; Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management; Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure; Participate in an on-call rotation; Manage requests across systems and environments; Provide timely support for infrastructure-related issues; Maintain documentation and procedures; Communicate progress and status of assigned work; Participate in code reviews; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices in the DevOps field; Actively explore emerging tools and methodologies; Apply new knowledge to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, security, and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience; Understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS); Proficiency with scripting languages and configuration management tools; Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes); Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English; Candidates must be within commutable distance of State College, PA; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
