#DIGITAL CAMPUS - End to end monitoring support

Your main missions are focused on the operational maintenance, administration, and integration of the core observability and testing tool stack, ensuring system reliability and performance from an IT Operations perspective. The specialist acts as the subject matter expert (SME) and supervisor for all managed tools, handling configuration, health, and end-user support. He is responsible for the health, stability, and connectivity of the entire tool ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Operational maintenance, administration, and integration of the core observability and testing tool stack, ensuring system reliability and performance from an IT Operations perspective; Act as subject matter expert (SME) and supervisor for all managed tools, handling configuration, health, and end-user support; Responsible for health, stability, and connectivity of the entire tool ecosystem; System administration and tool health supervision including patching, configuration changes, version upgrades, user access, roles, permissions, license utilization and capacity planning; Tool integration and interface management between monitoring, testing, and operations tools, data correlation, and unified dashboards/reports; Monitoring and observability management including application observability, infrastructure monitoring, alerting and notification; Level 2/3 support and technical escalation, troubleshooting, QA support; Documentation and knowledge transfer including SOPs, runbooks, architectural diagrams, and training sessions

Requirements

Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field; Experience with observability tools (monitoring, testing, alerting) proven; General knowledge on IT infrastructure (network, technical infrastructure) and ITIL concepts; Knowledge in scripting languages to develop automation; Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation; Proven production environment management; strong troubleshooting skills; Curious, open-minded, collaborative team player with strong communication skills; Autonomous, organized, delivery/customer-oriented, technology enthusiast and crisis facing robustness; Experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders; Fluent English
