Digital Solutions Project Manager - Fidelity Workplace Consulting

Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group seeks a Digital Solutions Project Manager to serve an integral role in implementing and maintaining customized websites for strategic and large clients. The role drives digital solutions from concept to reality, working directly with clients, technology teams, communicators, and business partners, and is aligned to a team of Digital Solutions consultants. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. The base salary range is $89,000-$180,000 per year, depending on responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is part of total compensation, which may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Responsibilities

Contribute at all stages of a project's lifecycle from conception through release; Develop and maintain project plans; Lead team and client meetings to define detailed requirements; Craft the site's design and user experience; Review website functionality (QA); Coordinate internal and client testing; Manage technology requirements such as single sign on and security scans; Partner with the team on executing custom client projects and new product development; Manage the team's overall capacity, project roadmap and financials; Engage in strategy conversations; Help build/maintain standard methodologies for effective project management across the Digital Solutions Team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager delivering digital solutions (website development, digital communications, etc.); Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint / Teams, JIRA, Confluence, etc.; Experience developing and managing timelines and budgets across multiple business units; Effective problem-solving skills that can be applied to developing digital communications strategies and managing websites with a shifting technical landscape and client priorities; Ability to balance multiple projects and coordinate with clients and business partners to develop and implement effective and creative digital solutions; Ability to prioritize, lead and keep large internal/external meetings on track; Ability to simplify and present technical, sophisticated concepts to non-technical business partners; Shown expertise at implementing and managing processes to drive team efficiency and quality of execution

Nice to have
