Schedule & Compensation

🌟Full Time, 40 hours weekly

⏰Hours: M-F 6:00 - 2:30; every other weekend/Holiday is required

💰Pay: 22.00/hour

Responsibilities

Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff.; Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training.; Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly. Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges.; Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made.; Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are in place and followed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required.; Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor within healthcare operations.; Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
