Dishwasher

Little Clam, a modern New England coastal restaurant located within our boutique hotel, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Dishwasher (Steward). We are looking for a dependable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen. The Dishwasher ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized while supporting the team with basic cleaning and prep tasks.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area; Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently; Keep workstations, floors, and storage areas clean and sanitary; Take out trash and recycling and keep disposal areas tidy; Assist with basic food prep (e.g., peeling, chopping) as needed; Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies; Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
