District Leader

Supercuts is looking for an energetic and inspiring District Leader to coach, support, and grow a portfolio of 8–10 salon locations throughout the San Francisco and Tri-Valley area. Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop exceptional Salon Managers and their teams; Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, recognition, and continuous growth; Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning; Provide consistent feedback and performance coaching that helps people succeed; Own the financial performance of your district, including sales growth, profitability, labor management, and expense control; Analyze P&L statements and key business metrics to identify opportunities and improve results; Partner with Salon Managers to create and execute business plans that drive measurable growth; Hold teams accountable while recognizing and celebrating success; Visit salons daily to provide coaching, support, and leadership; Ensure consistent execution of Supercuts operating standards and guest experience expectations; Lead the rollout of company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements; Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards; Champion a guest-first culture across every salon; Drive guest retention, retail sales, and service excellence; Support local marketing initiatives that grow salon traffic and community engagement; Help teams create experiences that keep guests coming back

Requirements

3+ years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in the salon, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service industry; Proven experience managing P&Ls and improving business performance; Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans; Valid Cosmetology License required; Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; Ability to travel daily throughout the San Francisco and Tri-Valley markets
