Domino's Pizza is hiring operating partners to run its stores. As an Operating Partner you will be the leader of the store, responsible for everything that happens during your shift, with the opportunity to run a $1-2 million business with the safety net of a 43-store franchise. The role offers a path to grow within the operation, guide future Operating Partners, or franchise on your own.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift; Be responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew; Lead a team toward a common goal of selling more pizzas and increasing profitability; Be responsible for staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, and marketing; Greet customers enthusiastically and take orders and handle customer concerns; Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment; Prepare product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork; Receive and process telephone orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery; Operate as an Operating Partner running a $1-2 million business within a 43-store franchise

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age; Must have a valid driver's license; Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery; Must pass a Criminal Background Check; Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards; Sound judgment; Business acumen; Empathy; People management insight; Ability to multitask; Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards; Ability to analyze and compile data and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner; Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; Ability to make correct monetary change; Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; Ability to stand for most of a shift and lift or stack product weighing up to 50 pounds
