DUAL RATE DEALER (DEALER + FLOOR SUPERVISOR)

The Dealer position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous dealing service to players in accordance with standard procedures and for maintaining the integrity of the game, as well as for explaining aspects of the games to players unfamiliar with the games. Sound technical understanding of games manuals, policies, procedures, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate or supervise the work of others.

Responsibilities

Provide superior service to both internal and external customers; Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous dealing service to players in accordance with standard procedures; Maintain the integrity of the game; Explain aspects of the games to players unfamiliar with them; Provide superior customer service and work harmoniously with coworkers; Process all cash and maintain proper handling and accounting for assigned property items; Maintain familiarity with other gaming and entertainment/service activities for casino patrons; Maintain an intimate and sound understanding of all standards, policies, and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games Department; Coordinate or supervise the work of others

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in dealing blackjack or any of the required games, acquired through experience; Completion of dealer school; Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions; Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations; Must be at least 21 years of age; Craps game knowledge and experience required
