Reef Gateway Hotel is looking for a motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Airlie Beach. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the Venue Manager, lead shifts, develop your team, and gain exposure to all aspects of venue operations.

Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer service environment; Strong leadership potential and team-focused approach; Passion for delivering great guest experiences; Basic understanding of cash handling and venue operations; Strong communication and organisational skills; Flexible availability, including nights and weekends; RSA & RSG; RMLV; Approved Managers Licence; CLO (or willingness to obtain)
