Early Childhood Behavior Technician (RBT)

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children in their homes as a Play Leader; Teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills through creative, high-movement methods; Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs; Support families through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support

Requirements

High-energy, playful, and compassionate; 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar); reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Tallmadge area; passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire; comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within assigned Tallmadge territory; background check

Nice to have

Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course (preferred but not required)
