Early Years Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join a welcoming local primary school in the Erith/Bexley area on a full-time basis from September 2026. As an Early Years Educator, you will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.

Responsibilities

Planning and delivering engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS curriculum; Supporting children’s learning, development and overall wellbeing; Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues; Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development; Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress; Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment; Supporting children’s care, hygiene and welfare needs; Working in line with EYFS requirements and safeguarding procedures

Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education; Passionate about supporting young children’s development; Caring, patient, reliable and organised; Confident in building positive relationships with children, families and staff; Strong communicator and effective team player; Committed to providing high-quality early years education
