How you’ll spend your time here: You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity. The Team & Environment: You’ll be joining Blossom Tree Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning. Our nurseries are warm and nurturing environments that not only support children to be ready for school but also equip them with all the life skills they need to flourish and succeed.

Responsibilities

Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children; Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy principles daily; Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions; Bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments; Deliver high levels of care and empathy; Keep children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning

Requirements

An Early Years qualification at Level 3; Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings; Employment references and DBS check
