Education Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing various aspects of our graduation program, with a focus on helping students achieve Industry Recognized Credentials and guiding them on graduation pathways.

Responsibilities

Monitor and oversee students' progress towards obtaining Industry Recognized Credentials; Provide comprehensive graduation pathway counseling to students; Collaborate with students to align their chosen graduation pathways with their long-term career aspirations; Additional responsibilities and tasks pertaining to enhancing and maintaining engagement, promoting academic progress, and facilitating successful graduation

Requirements

Must reside in Ohio; Bachelor's degree; 2 or more years in education experience; Must hold a valid Ohio license, such as an Ohio Teaching License, Pupil Services License, or School Counseling License; The school may accept other Ohio educator credentials that meet state regulations and are suitable for work in student academic support roles

Nice to have

Previous experience in education program coordination or counseling; Strong organizational and communication skills; Knowledge of Industry Recognized Credentials and graduation pathway options
