⚙️ Job Overview
The role involves end-to-end electrical design of power transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV class , including design calculations, BOM preparation, technical submittals, and coordination with internal teams and customers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities; Design of power transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV class; Preparation of electrical design calculations and Bill of Materials (BOM); Preparation of customer technical submittals; Review and verification of manufacturing and fabrication drawings; Coordination with Sales, Purchase, Production, QA, Suppliers, and Customers; Ensure compliance with IEC and ANSI standards; Technical Requirements; Experience in:; Disc winding, Foil winding, CTC conductors; Hermetically sealed & conservator type transformers; On Load Tap Changer (OLTC); Strong knowledge of:; Short circuit calculations; Cooling calculations; Impulse & loading calculations; Understanding of transformer insulation, thermal design, and performance optimization; Tools & Software; DesDT / iTRACS or equivalent transformer design software; MS Windows and MS Office tools; Standards & Compliance; Working knowledge of IEC and ANSI standards; Awareness of:; ISO 9001 Quality Management System; ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
