Sarina Russo Job Access is a leading Workforce Australia provider, helping thousands of people across QLD, VIC, and NSW find meaningful employment through recruitment and training solutions. We currently have a full-time opportunity available working from our Melton office, where you'll play a key role in supporting job seekers on their journey to employment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Drive outcomes by placing job seekers into sustainable employment; Develop tailored strategies and interventions to support job seekers; Deliver high-quality recruitment and training services with professionalism and care; Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community partners; Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal processes

Requirements

Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills; A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude; Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Tech-savvy with solid administration skills; Passionate, energetic, and driven to exceed expectations; Current driver's license; Appropriate visa to work in Australia; Willingness to complete a police check
