Responsibilities

Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successes with participants; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about supporting people with disability to secure employment; Knack for identifying an individual’s employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector able to create opportunities for participants and speak to stakeholders with confidence; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic

Nice to have
