Responsibilities

Support participants with mutual obligations to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with a renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion
