Responsibilities

Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths and overcome obstacles; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements big and small; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about supporting people with disability to secure employment; Knack for identifying an individual's employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector able to speak to stakeholders with confidence; Innovative and solutions focused; Compassionate and empathetic

Nice to have

Experience in other industries or roles like sales; retail; call centre; hospitality; consulting; business development; administration
