Employment Consultant

Support participants with disability to secure and maintain employment as an Employment Consultant at the Bairnsdale VIC site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program, as part of the APM group.

Responsibilities

Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements with participants; Form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements
