Employment Lawyer (In-House)

We are currently working with a market-leading ALSP that is keen to speak with Employment Lawyers who would be available for secondment assignments of 6 months in duration. Experience gained within the Financial Services, Energy and/or Technology sectors would be of notable interest. This role is based in London on a hybrid working basis. The successful individual will support on a broad range of employment law matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues. The work is likely to include day-to-day advisory matters, employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy and restructuring matters, policy support, and employment aspects arising from wider business change projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (other commonwealth jurisdictions considered); Upwards of 6 years' PQE in handling a broad range of employment law matters; Prior experience advising clients within the Financial Services, Energy and/or Technology sectors; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment; Availability to start immediately or at short notice
