Employment Senior Associate/Legal Director

Further to an in-person briefing in London, we are instructed on a new Senior Associate/Legal Director opportunity with our City client. Highly ranked in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500; UK-wide and international practice; collegiate, entrepreneurial, genuinely supportive culture. You will handle a balanced mix of employee and employer work, including Senior Executive & Partner exits; unfair dismissal, discrimination & whistleblowing claims; Employment Tribunal & High Court litigation; team moves & strategic disputes; reorganisations & business transfers; contracts, policies & day-to-day advisory work. Employer clients include major brands across tech, retail, pharma and financial services. You will work across Partners (no rigid silos), gain real autonomy and be encouraged to act as a mentor and role model for junior Lawyers.
