Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications; Design and develop Python scripting effectively and efficiently; Optimize the existing source code in terms of memory and speed; Mentor and groom a team of Python developers; Contribute to Python based tool development and maintenance activities as SME; Handle tasks and manage customers and stakeholders independently; Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies; Effectively communicate progress and challenges across stakeholders

Requirements

Extensive programming experience and strong understanding in Python; Experience in advanced features of Python; Good knowledge in Gen AI concepts; Sound in designing and implementation of scalable features, knowledge of patterns and industry best practices; Experience with version control tools such as GIT and Bitbucket; Experience with Scrum in an Agile development environment; Knowledge in design patterns; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Process oriented and growth mindset; 6-8 years of relevant programming experience in Python; Good experience in data structures, algorithms and STL; Good experience in multithreading / concurrent programming; Good experience in software development from design to release; 2-5 years of extensive programming experience and strong understanding in Gen AI concepts; BE / M Tech; 6+ years

Experience in MATLAB; Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
