Engineer/Specialist

Responsibilities

Shift Handling activity , Breakdown handling and shift reporting; Root cause analysis, CAPA and proactive approaches; Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime; Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducer, SPM , Assembly stations; ST programming understanding, diagnosis and process mapping; CAPA implementation, PM and predictive check sheet upgradation; Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study; Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics; Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure; Manage spare parts inventory and procurement; Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for seamless operations; Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards; Manage audits and inspections to identify risks and improvement areas; Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement; Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff and contractors
