Engineering Team Leader

An established and fast-growing UK food manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to support a highly automated production facility. This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on engineering expertise with people management responsibility in a busy, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Majority of the work is hands on; PPMs and breakdown of machinery; Responsible for a small team of engineers on shift; Maintenance of industrial machinery

Requirements

Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Industrial Engineering background
