Responsibilities

The Lab Manager will assign duties and projects within the Product Group to be accomplished.; Acts as a liaison and make recommendations on any changes, which should be made.; Responsibilities include preparing equipment for testing, monitor test conditions, document and reporting the results.; Is required to maintain a file of data received from any special testing or from other Technicians.; Follow established Company procedures and industry standards in all testing.; Report to Supervisor any deficiencies in the testing equipment.

Requirements

Two (2) year Associate degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology; One to three (1-3) years in the field of HVAC or refrigeration technology; Strong mechanical skills; Proven oral and written communication abilities; Ability to work independently; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong MS Office PC skills.
