Requirements

University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, and travel industries; Solid experience in the SaaS industry; Knowledge of martech (digital marketing, CX) is a must; Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners, especially at the executive level; Proven oral and written communication abilities; Positive and energetic phone skills; Exquisite listening skills; Self-motivated, tech-savvy, always in search of smart solutions; Ability to care for partners and ensure they feel at home with products and support; Time and project management skills; Keen eye for detail; Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness; Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment; High emotional intelligence
